It’s the high quality of the beans we use combined with the craftsmanship of Italian coffee roasting perfected over years that create the unmistakable flavour and aroma of Zanoni coffees.
Italy means family, fashion, and food ... and drinking coffee is a daily ritual for us.
It was us Italians who invented the coffee machine and gave to the world espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato…
So when we print on our packages the words “Prodotto in Italia”, we feel a sense of pride, because we know that all around the world, coffee lovers appreciate the high quality and craftsmanship of Italian coffees, cultivated over years.
A typically Italian blend of expertly selected Arabica beans from the best plantations of the Americas and Asia, mild and slow roasted, with a balanced, velvety flavour, and a fine, regal aroma.
A strong blend of slow roasted coffee beans which give the drink a full flavour and intense aroma.
From good beans comes good coffee, obviously. At Zanoni, we believe that to achieve an unmistakable flavour and aroma, we need to be masters in blending and roasting the raw beans, and see each and every bean through the lens of Italian perfectionism.
The beans that we use to make our coffee grow in small family plantations and are cultivated according to methods handed down over generations. Depending on the intended flavour and strength of the coffee we aim to produce, we use either 100% Arabica or a blend of Arabica and Robusta. The master coffee roasters at Zanoni then take these top quality raw ingredients and prepare them according to exact formulas of temperature and time for every batch of beans.

Roasted coffee
Italian coffee means “roasted in an Italian roaster”. We reach the highest heights of the coffee roaster’s art by creating blends of the finest beans and by making roasts which result in a beverage which can entice the senses of any connoisseur with their flavour and aroma. For generations, we have cultivated the secrets of our craft, selecting the highest quality beans and giving them an unmistakable character in our roasters.
Coffee is the Italian national drink and a daily ritual as well, which is why in every corner of Italy you’ll find a coffee bar.
Most often we drink espresso, which we simply call “coffee”, but there are many varieties of this beverage … discover the wealth of flavours and choose your own favourite “Italian speciality”.
